Returns & Exchanges
You can return any unworn, unwashed, or undamaged merchandise within 15 days of merchandise receipt.
Looking to return or exchange? Just email us at customer@shopreverie.com and we will email a return label to you.
If you choose to return merchandise, please ensure that any old shipping labels on the packaging are removed or obscured. No postage is required. A refund will be credited back to your original pay method and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
If you are making an exchange, please contact us at customer@shopreverie.com and let us know what you would like to exchange your original item with. Any differences in pricing will be accounted for. Once your return has been processed, an email will be sent to the address provided on the original order and your exchange will be processed and shipped.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed.
Free Return Pick-Ups
When using the pre-paid return label that was included in your package, the United States Postal Service will provide a free carrier pick-up. If you wish to schedule a free carrier pick up for your return, simply affix the pre-paid return label to the package and schedule a pick up for the next delivery day. Your postal carrier will pick up your package(s) when you regular mail is delivered. Please note that your package must be ready at time of pick up. Refer to www.USPS.com for any inquiries.
